Handling fee of the cancellation support
Uniform commission is US$70 per case (including tax)
Plural bills from the same source of the bill (the shop name written on the bill ) will be dealt with as a single case.
*The fee might be changed without notice

　

Repayment
1. Repayment of all amount : We will repay all amount (70US$) in the case we couldn't do anything for the cancellation application.
2. Repayment of half amount : We will return half amount (35US$) in the case you couldn't get the announcement of accepting your cancellation in spite you took the cancellation procedure according to the way the source of the bill shows, and you couldn't stop the claim as well.

　

About the cancel of application
1. Money transfer by bank : When you cancel your application before you make the money transfer, tell it by e-mail. We won't start the work till that money transfer is confirmed.
When you cancel your application before we start our support but after you transfer the money, the rest money will be repaid after the handling fee for that money transfer is taken out.
2.Credit card payment : We will return all amount if you e-mail to tell that you give up your application when we haven't set to work yet.
Withdrawal of the doubled application : When the same application was repeated by accident, we will cancel the duplicated application by our judgment.
※Caution : We can't reimburse anymore even if you cancel your application after our cancellation instruction had been sent.

　

Escape Clauses
1. When the claim hasn't been stopped even after the source of the bill announced the acceptance of the cancellation, it will be out of our proper cancellation procedure. In that case you should ask the credit card company to raise the objection to the payment. And we won't repay the support fee.

2. When you can't get the announcement of " the cancellation acceptance " because you changed your e-mail address after you signed up to the adult site, or you gave the wrong address, we won't repay if the cancellation deal itself is completed with no problem.

3. When your cancellation is not accepted because you gave the wrong information such as wrong credit card number, identification, password and so on, we won't repay.
